Your new role as Sales Manager in the DACH region
WiseNetwork is launching its business operations in Germany and Switzerland, and we’re looking for a proactive and self-driven Sales Manager to lead our expansion in the DACH region – with a primary focus on southern Germany.
Together with our online experts in Finland, you’ll implement our sales process and introduce WisePlatform to customers in golf, gym, and climbing sectors. You’ll play a key role in building our presence in the region and shaping WiseNetwork’s international future.
Because our market focus is primarily in southern Germany, we strongly prefer candidates who live in or near the Greater Munich Area to enable close customer relationships and effective local engagement
What does your role include?
As our Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Implementing the WiseNetwork sales process in the DACH region
- Actively acquiring new customers in the target industries
- Supporting prospects through to contract signing in collaboration with our expert team
- Coordinating closely with our Customer Success team to ensure a smooth post-sale transition
- Sharing market feedback with our product team
- Representing WiseNetwork in the Munich Greater Area and traveling across the DACH region as needed
What skills will support your success?
We’re looking for a confident communicator with a structured and independent working style. You’re passionate about digital solutions and SaaS products, and you thrive in customer-facing roles.
We especially value if you:
- Have existing contact points or networks within golf, gym, or climbing sectors
- Show genuine interest in these industries and their development
- Speak fluent German and good English (Italian or French is a plus but not mandatory)
- Have experience in B2B sales, ideally in sports, fitness, or SaaS sectors
- Possess strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Are willing to travel across the DACH region
- Reside in Germany – ideally in southern Germany and preferably in southern areas
- Have a commercial education (preferred but not required)
