WiseAMS or WiseAMS+
WisePlatform’s intelligent automation is available in two versions: WiseAMS and the more advanced WiseAMS+.
The WiseAMS base version is suitable for building simple automation flows.
WiseAMS+ enables, among other things, an unlimited number of automations, multi-step automation flows, and expert-guided onboarding.

WiseAMS+ takes automation further: you can build multi-step customer journeys that react to customer behavior.

The WiseAMS base version is included in our customers’ SaaS fee and will be available automatically in system administration after 18 May 2026.
