This article provides instructions for filling in time tracking.
Time tracking can be found via the path:
→ CRM
→ Work
→ Time tracker
Time tracking always opens to the current day on the Time Tracking tab.
Creating a Time Entry
Working time can be recorded by clicking the Start button on the desired work type row.
At that point, working time begins to accumulate on the row from the start time.
You can stop time tracking by clicking the Stop button on the active row.
The accumulated work for the selected day will then be displayed below.
Balance Formation
A balance is accumulated if daily working time and working days have been defined in the employment contract.
In this example, the user has a daily working time of 7.5 hours and working days set to weekdays. For each workday exceeding 6 hours, an unpaid 30-minute lunch break is automatically deducted.
When hours are recorded according to the employment contract settings, no balance is generated. At the bottom, a Total Work row displays the total working time for the selected day.
If too little work has been recorded, a negative balance will be shown for the day. The Work Total row displays the total working time for the selected day, and below it, the difference from the required working time.
If more work has been recorded than defined, the balance at the top is positive. Similarly, the difference shown below the Work Total row is positive and displayed in green.
Summary
The Summary view shows an overview of recorded hours.
From the round calendar icon, you can select the desired time period. The arrows next to it allow you to browse between months. By clicking the arrow next to an employee’s name, you can open a calendar view as shown in the image.
From the Report button at the bottom, you can open a report for the selected period, showing summaries of recorded work types.
Mobile
Time tracking can also be used on mobile.
First, log in to the system on your phone, navigate to time tracking, and you can then record your working hours.
