An admin user can now add balance to a customer's account for booking payments.​​​​​​​

An admin user can now add balance to a customer's account for booking payments, in addition to the balance accumulated from canceled bookings. This balance addition feature can be used for refunds, for example.

The feature can also be used if the balance from cancellations is not properly refunded for some reason.

For the feature to work, the balance feature must be enabled. Enabling the balance feature requires actions from WiseNetwork. Please contact our support service if you would like to enable this feature. A support request can be submitted from any page of the system's admin side (represented by the person with headphones).
