If there is a connection issue in the access control system, the system can be set to send an automatic notification when the connection is lost and when it is restored (Guide).

An automatic notification about access control connection issues will be sent to selected individuals if this feature is enabled in the door management settings (→ Gym → Door Management → Access Control Connection Error Alert Settings).

In the settings, you can define: how long the access control connection must be down before sending the notification, where the notification will be sent, and the recipients. The recipients can be defined on a door-by-door basis.
