CrossFit 8000 adopted WisePlatform Gym to bring all the tools needed for the gym’s daily operations together into one modern system. With everything in one place, managing day-to-day tasks is easier—and developing the CrossFit box’s business is now more straightforward than ever.

Since 2012, CrossFit 8000 has grown into one of the largest and most versatile CrossFit centers in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The gym’s roots lie in the founders’ shared passion for mountaineering, which eventually sparked the idea of creating their own training space in Kivenlahti, Espoo. The name was inspired by the world’s 8,000-meter peaks and the mindset of aiming high while fostering a warm, welcoming, and community-driven atmosphere.


Over the years, the operation has expanded to Lahti as well, where the chain’s second location, CrossFit 8000 Salpaus, now serves its community. At the heart of both gyms is a strong sense of community, diverse coaching, and a continuous drive to improve.

As the CrossFit box grew and its activities became more varied, CEO Jukka-Pekka “Jukkis” Peltonen recognized the need for a system that would genuinely simplify daily operations.

Before implementing their new system, CrossFit 8000’s daily operations were burdened by the use of multiple platforms and scattered information. Billing, customer communication, online sales, and accounting all operated separately, making administration complex and time-consuming.
