Updates for WisePlatform and its industry-specific solutions.

NEW FEATURE = A new function added to the system.

If you need assistance with new features, system usage, or encounter an issue, our support service will assist you promptly. Support requests can be submitted from any view in the system's admin panel, where you will find the "support" icon (person with headphones).

The WiseGym app has received updates and improvements

The new updates improve the functionality of the app.


If there is a connection issue in the access control system, the system can be set to send an automatic notification when the connection is lost and when it is restored (Guide).

Cancelling a shift in the booking calendar refunds the balance, including for additional equipment, provided they are "normal" type products.


Saving the contract is blocked if a new invoice has been created for the contract on another tab or at the checkout

The contract cannot be saved if a new invoice has been created for it on another tab or through the checkout.


Products with recurring card payments cannot be sold through the checkout

Recurring card payment products cannot be sold through the checkout to prevent contracts from being created incorrectly.

An admin user can now add balance to a customer's account for booking payments.​​​​​​​


Closing the cash register empties the shopping cart

When the cash register is closed using the "Close register" button, the shopping cart is automatically emptied.


The gift card balance can be refunded if the payment transaction has been canceled

The gift card balance can be refunded from the gift card settings if the customer has canceled the payment transaction on the payment provider's website.


A fix has been made for renaming bookings in the appointment calendar

With the fix, renaming a booking will now be visible to customers in the customer view.
