Just over five years ago, the Sipoo Syke Sports Center struggled with a jungle of different systems and Excel sheets. Especially, WiseGym's sales tracking tool has received praise: "The tracking tool is comparable to globally known sales tracking systems and in many aspects even better, as the data flow within the software is smooth and doesn't require any additional synchronization. Monitoring results, planning next steps, recording them, and syncing with the calendar is effortless. It would be foolish not to utilize this tool in sales. Learning the tool's logic doesn't take long, and it produces significant results in terms of revenue and time efficiency."
Isaksson is delighted that the use of WiseGym has not only eased their work but also allowed them to offer a better user experience to their clients.
"Our clients' daily lives have been simplified with WiseGym and our app. Through the app, clients can enter the gym, read the latest news, book a class or a child care slot. In the best-case scenario, a customer might want to come to the gym right away. Then, they can simply purchase a membership from our online store and open the gym door with the app immediately after the online purchase. Voilá!"

Although some support requests may take time, I still appreciate that WiseGym has its own in-house team managing the system's coding, customer service, and problems. Quick responses are available for urgent issues.
