The Wise Team Keeps Growing
As WiseNetwork continues to grow, so does our team. We've recently welcomed five new team members who bring fresh talent and energy to several key functions of the company. We now have a new Customer Relations Manager, HR and Executive Assistant, and a Sales Specialist onboard. In addition, our finance and marketing teams are gaining strength with the addition of a Financial Management Trainee and a Marketing Assistant.

Jenna Rajantie, HR and Executive Assistant
With our growing headcount comes a growing need for HR expertise. Jenna, who started her career in the hospitality industry, now joins WiseNetwork bringing both her charming personality and international HR experience to the team.
“Back in my teenage years, I stepped into the restaurant world and spent around five years working in Helsinki’s 4- and 5-star hotels. Later, my business degree opened the doors to management and HR – and I was immediately hooked. So the knives and kitchen utensils made way for HRIS systems and staff meetings, driven by the same passion for community. For the past three years I’ve worked in international recruitment and operational HR, which in hindsight has been a great springboard for my current journey at WiseNetwork.
As an assistant to HR and management, my role is wide-ranging but meaningful. My current focus is clearly on Wise’s amazing people – my work revolves around wellbeing, HR data, and process development. It’s incredibly exciting to be part of Wise’s growth story!
I’ve been absolutely amazed by the warm welcome I’ve received. I had heard the team spirit was great – but I wasn’t expecting this level of togetherness! With that kind of support, work feels even more rewarding, and I can’t wait to see what’s ahead.
At home, I share life with my partner, a dream of having a dog, and a robot vacuum that currently serves as a stand-in pet. In my free time, I enjoy working out, baking, reading and playing badminton.”
Leena Vähätalo, Customer Relations Manager
Leena Vähätalo has joined as Customer Relations Manager, stepping in for Linnea Kotiniemi.
“I come from an entrepreneurial background in the sports and wellbeing industry, so it’s been exciting to return to a familiar field – now from a new perspective. I’m a people-oriented person and always aim to find the best solution for both clients and colleagues.
The best part of my job is definitely the people – both customers and teammates. It’s also fantastic to be involved in shaping the future of WiseNetwork and contributing to its development.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in nature. And at home, my toddler makes sure I don’t dwell on work too much!”

Max Mäki
Max Mäki, Sales Specialist / WisePlatform Gym
Our newest employee Max brings sales expertise and extensive climbing gym experience to the WisePlatform Gym team.
“Earlier this summer I got a call from Johannes about expanding their team – and during the call, it was already clear this was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. So, here I am.
My first day was great. I was nervous, of course, but everyone welcomed me with open arms. I’ve met new people, enjoyed some good coffee, and had time to dive into the system and start learning.
Before Wise, I worked as Sales Manager at KiipeilyAreena. My last projects there were organizing the Youth Climbing World Championships and leading our IT system overhaul.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate climber – ropes or no ropes. I’m really excited about the challenges ahead!”
Jerry Santala, Financial Management Trainee
WiseNetwork offers young professionals the chance to gain real-world experience, and Jerry is now sharpening his financial skills as part of the team.
“With a strong background in ice hockey, I started my working life as a coach at hockey camps and skating schools. I also worked one summer in gym and kitchen support roles, and just before joining Wise, I worked in customer service. I’ve completed two years of business studies at SAMK.
I joined Wise as a finance intern and have the opportunity to continue in the team as a Finance Specialist after the internship. Right now, my tasks include responding to customer support tickets and assisting our accountants.
Things have gone smoothly so far. It’s been especially nice to see how helpful everyone is. The best part of the job so far? Definitely the colleagues! I’ve felt included from day one, and I love how humor plays such a big part in our workdays. We get things done – in a relaxed atmosphere.
In my free time, I play ice hockey and go to the gym.”

Tommi Hietanen
Tommi Hietanen, Marketing Assistant
Tommi, a business student at the University Consortium of Pori, joined WiseNetwork’s marketing team with great enthusiasm.
“It’s been amazing to apply what I’ve learned in practice, working alongside Wise’s marketing professionals and broader team. The company’s culture of continuous development aligns perfectly with my own drive to innovate and grow.
I major in marketing, and my bachelor’s thesis is nearly finished. I plan to start my master’s studies this fall. My previous work experience is mostly in customer service.
As Marketing Assistant, I’ve been updating customer data, managing website content, and creating materials for our communications channels. My colleagues have been helpful and welcoming, which has made it easier to grasp the business. Every day brings a new opportunity to learn – and to make a real impact. That’s what makes this job so rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy various forms of entertainment – movies, TV shows, music, gaming and sports.”
