There are no longer endless reminders and workarounds that can cause frustration—now, the system takes care of most tasks. Overall, online shopping has become smoother than before, and the customer flow is now better directed through the online store.     Through the app, we can easily and quickly communicate with our customers using push notifications. For example, information about canceled group fitness classes reaches our customers very efficiently this way. The app has also improved access to our gyms—there is no longer a need for separate check-in screens at our locations, as customers can sign in through the app. The app has received a lot of positive feedback from customers of all ages. Working with WiseNetwork’s team has been easy from the very beginning. Initially, we were prepared for the system implementation to be a challenging process. However, despite a few unexpected hurdles along the way, everything progressed on schedule, and none of the challenges were insurmountable.

Throughout the entire implementation process, we had easy access to our dedicated project manager at WiseNetwork. During the onboarding phase, we also received hands-on training from our project manager, which made using the system much easier in the long run, as we had already gained valuable experience from the very start.

Communication with customers is also well handled—we receive regular updates on new features that have been added or are coming to the system.
