The onboarding process follows a clear structure that ensures you’ll start using your new system quickly and reliably. You’re not left alone — we’ll work alongside you from start to finish.
A dedicated project manager ensures smooth progress
Right after the contract is signed, you’ll be assigned a personal project manager. They are responsible for the timeline, provide guidance throughout the onboarding, and are available to answer any questions along the way.
You’ll get access to the system right away
You’ll be granted access to the system even before the first kickoff meeting. This means you can start exploring and working on content immediately. We’re here to support you whenever questions come up. The visual design of your website will be implemented according to the agreed template, and you’ll provide the content in your own style.
Step-by-step learning, guided and supported
During onboarding, you’ll follow a weekly structure with clear tasks. We provide you with learning materials, assignments, and regular check-ins with your project manager. No one expects you to know everything on day one — but we’ll make sure you learn what you need, at the right time.
Financial tools – when you're ready
If you’re also taking WisePlatform’s financial tools into use, we’ll schedule a dedicated onboarding phase for that. We’ll also involve your accountant, and go through everything from bank connections to starting invoicing.
Ongoing support after onboarding
Once onboarding is complete, your system will be fully operational and you’ll know how to use it effectively. From then on, our support team will be there to help you with any technical or system-related questions.
