Using wallet balance
Customers can use their available wallet balance either in the online store to pay for a Time Reservation Product or at the cash register to pay for other products as well.

The product being sold must have the setting Is payable with wallet = Yes enabled in order for payment to be possible.
Using Wallet Balance in the Online Store
Once a customer has wallet balance available, they can use it in the online store. If the customer has wallet balance, an option to use wallet balance will appear under the payment methods when placing an order. The customer’s current wallet balance is also shown here.
When a payment method is selected and wallet balance is then applied, the order value is reduced by the amount of wallet balance used.
If the wallet balance is not enough to cover the full order value, the customer will be directed to complete the remaining payment using the selected payment method.
Using Wallet Balance at the Cash register
Wallet balance can be used at the checkout if the person linked to the checkout transaction has wallet balance available. Therefore, the desired person must always be added to the checkout transaction if wallet balance is to be used.
After this, click “All Payment Methods”, where wallet balance can be selected as the payment method.
If the person has wallet balance, it can be selected as the payment method for the order. If the wallet balance does not cover the full value of the checkout transaction, another payment method must be selected for the remaining amount.
