Before joining WiseNetwork, Meskanen served as CEO and partner at Sport-Cotton Oy (2011–2020), where he managed operations for seven fitness centers across Finland. Earlier, he was Marketing Director at LL International Oy (2016–2017), where he built the marketing function for two of Finland’s largest gym brands, EasyFit and LadyLine, from the ground up.

Meskanen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Management and Organizations, 2013). At WiseNetwork, he has been instrumental in launching and growing several verticals, including fitness, climbing, and golf, leveraging a unique combination of strategic insight and operational precision. His direct sales approach and deep industry relationships have accelerated growth across sectors.

Lasse Myöhänen is an experienced technology executive with a long career in software development, digital services and platform innovation. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at WiseNetwork Oy (2013–), where he leads the development of WisePlatform and oversees the company’s technology strategy. Myöhänen has been a key architect of the platform since the company’s inception.

His professional journey began after completing his engineering studies at Tampere University of Technology. He started his career as a Web Developer at Rakentaja.fi / Suorakanava Oy (2003–2005), where he quickly progressed to Development Manager (2006–2011), leading multiple development initiatives within the company’s online services.

Following the acquisition of Rakentaja.fi by Sanoma Digital Finland, he continued as Development Manager (2012–2013), driving forward digital product improvements and user-focused service development in a larger media organization.

At WiseNetwork, Myöhänen focuses on designing scalable technical solutions, managing product development teams, and ensuring continuous improvement of the WisePlatform. His ability to combine long-term technical vision with day-to-day operational leadership has made him an invaluable part of the executive team.

Mika Nieminen is a seasoned executive with deep roots in the Finnish golf and sports industries, known for his leadership in operations, business development, and club management. He currently serves as Director of Golf at WiseNetwork Oy and COO of WisePlatform Golf (2022–), where he is responsible for expanding the company’s golf vertical and building strategic partnerships.

Before joining WiseNetwork, Nieminen served as CEO of Hyvigolf Oy (2007–2022), overseeing all aspects of club operations and member services. He also held the role of Executive Director at FGMA (2011–2014), the Finnish association for golf club managers. His entrepreneurial roots date back to 2001, when he founded Tmi Golf Pro Mika Nieminen, and his career in the industry began already in the 90s with roles in coaching, administration, and course maintenance at Porin Golfkerho ry.

Nieminen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Management, 2011) from the University of Vaasa, with additional studies in marketing, business law, and education. He has completed multiple specialized qualifications in coaching, entrepreneurship, and golf management, including the prestigious Business Management Institute programs in Dublin and St Andrews.

A recognized figure in the European golf community, Nieminen has represented Finland at numerous CMAA World Conferences and European Golf Business events. He has held multiple board positions, and his leadership was acknowledged in 2013 when he was voted “Best Boss” by his staff and in 2014 when he was named “Golf Leader of the Year” by FGMA.

Johannes Cavallin is a people-centric growth leader with a proven track record in international sales, business development, and digital transformation across the fitness, health, and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of WisePlatform Gym (2024–), he leads the strategic development and European expansion of WisePlatform.

Before joining WiseNetwork, Cavallin worked as a Management Consultant at Lime Technologies (2023–2024), where he supported clients through CRM implementations, organizational change, and leadership training. Earlier, as Head of Sales at Sony's Advagym (2019–2023), he played a key role in shaping digital fitness solutions and led global distributor and direct sales strategies. His career began at Qicraft / Technogym (2016–2019), where he managed major B2B accounts and developed connected training solutions for gyms, hotels, and wellness institutions.

Cavallin holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Lund University (in Sweden) and has completed numerous leadership and sales training programs. He is also a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and an active thought leader, with several published articles on behavior change, sales, and innovation in the fitness industry.
