He has been a key force behind the company since its inception.

His professional journey began after completing his engineering studies in building construction at Porin Teknillinen Oppilaitos (1980). He founded his first company, T:mi Pentti Teponoja (1984–1988), focusing on architectural design and real estate sales. He then co-founded Suorakanava Oy, the company behind Rakentaja.fi, and served as Editor-in-Chief (1988–2002), growing the platform into a national leader in construction information services.

Following the acquisition of Rakentaja.fi by Sanoma News Oy, Teponoja continued as Development Director (2002–2013), transitioning the business into a software-driven model and contributing significantly to its digital growth.

At WiseNetwork, Teponoja divides his time between corporate financial management, internal accounting services for client companies, and software development planning. Known for his analytical mindset and steady leadership, he plays a key role in aligning finance with long-term strategic growth.

Joni Meskanen is a growth-oriented executive and entrepreneur with a strong track record in scaling operations, entering new markets, and building high-performance teams. He currently serves as CEO of WiseNetwork Oy (2023–), having previously held the role of COO (2020–2023).

Before joining WiseNetwork, Meskanen served as CEO and partner at Sport-Cotton Oy (2011–2020), where he managed operations for seven fitness centers across Finland. Earlier, he was Marketing Director at LL International Oy (2016–2017), where he built the marketing function for two of Finland’s largest gym brands, EasyFit and LadyLine, from the ground up.

Meskanen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Management and Organizations, 2013). At WiseNetwork, he has been instrumental in launching and growing several verticals, including fitness, climbing, and golf, leveraging a unique combination of strategic insight and operational precision. His direct sales approach and deep industry relationships have accelerated growth across sectors.

Lasse Myöhänen is an experienced technology executive with a long career in software development, digital services and platform innovation. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at WiseNetwork Oy (2013–), where he leads the development of WisePlatform and oversees the company’s technology strategy. Myöhänen has been a key architect of the platform since the company’s inception.

His professional journey began after completing his engineering studies at Tampere University of Technology. He started his career as a Web Developer at Rakentaja.fi / Suorakanava Oy (2003–2005), where he quickly progressed to Development Manager (2006–2011), leading multiple development initiatives within the company’s online services.

Following the acquisition of Rakentaja.fi by Sanoma Digital Finland, he continued as Development Manager (2012–2013), driving forward digital product improvements and user-focused service development in a larger media organization.

At WiseNetwork, Myöhänen focuses on designing scalable technical solutions, managing product development teams, and ensuring continuous improvement of the WisePlatform. Timo Lehtinen is an adept digital development and technology leader with over two decades of experience in IT management, platform development, and strategic operations. He currently serves as Production Director at WiseNetwork Oy (2022–), where he oversees the company’s production workflows and ensures seamless integration across its digital platforms.

Before joining WiseNetwork, Lehtinen held multiple senior roles at Rakentaja.fi and Schibsted Suomi Oy (2020–2021), including Development Director and Acting Business Manager. In these positions, he was responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams, managing business-critical systems, and reporting to executive leadership.

During his tenure, he played a key role in data-driven development, technical infrastructure, and operational leadership. Earlier in his career, Lehtinen spent over 20 years at Sanoma Digital Finland (1999–2019), where he served as Development Director for the Rakentaja.fi unit. His responsibilities included overseeing a five-person IT team and driving the evolution of Sanoma’s web platforms.

Lehtinen began his career as a Technical Consultant for Luvian Osuuspankki (1998–2001), providing on-site support for banking systems and software. Throughout his journey, he has remained committed to bridging technical excellence with operational impact.

Santeri Kyrövaara is a creative executive and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in digital design, user experience, and brand development. As one of the founding figures and major shareholders of WiseNetwork Oy, he currently serves as Creative Director, leading the company’s UI/UX design strategy and overseeing the visual identity of both WiseNetwork’s products and its customer solutions.

Kyrövaara has played a central role in shaping the WiseNetwork brand since its inception, blending design thinking with technical know-how to create intuitive and visually compelling digital platforms. His leadership spans web and mobile design, e-commerce user experience, and branded communication for a diverse client base.

Prior to fully dedicating himself to WiseNetwork in 2024, Kyrövaara served as CEO of Grønbergs Oy (2010–2024), an advertising agency he founded and grew from a sole proprietorship into a successful creative studio. The agency provided website and digital media solutions, including subcontracting for WiseNetwork. Earlier in his career, he operated under the name Websande (2008–2010), focusing on web development and digital services.

Kyrövaara holds an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology (2023), a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences (2011), and a vocational qualification in Business IT from Pori Service College (2006).

Outside of work, Kyrövaara is a passionate world traveller and leader - having captained and assisted ice hockey teams for over 20 years, coached junior soccer, and embraced golf both as a sport and social outlet. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, design-led vision, and ability to bring clarity to complex digital experiences.

Linnea Kotiniemi is an accomplished customer service leader, cultural producer and communications professional with a diverse background across creative industries, nonprofit organizations and digital services. She currently serves as Head of Customer Service at WiseNetwork Oy (2023–), where she leads the customer success team and develops scalable service processes for clients using the WisePlatform.

Prior to her current role, Kotiniemi worked as Customer Success Manager at WiseNetwork Oy (2021–2023), supporting client onboarding, platform adoption and long-term user engagement. Earlier in her career, she served as Producer at Rakastajat-teatteri (2018–2021), managing performing arts productions, communications and partnerships. Her background also includes several freelance assignments (2017–2020) in marketing, consulting and content creation for various creative and cultural organizations.

Kotiniemi has held international roles as well, including Event Manager and Project Coordinator at FinnAgora – Finnish Institute in Hungary (2016), and in the Berlin-based transmediale – art & digital culture festival (2013–2014). She has also contributed to academic and nonprofit initiatives in Finland, including Pointer Ry, the University Consortium of Pori and the Ulvila parish.

He currently serves as Director of WisePlatform Event at WiseNetwork Oy (2022–), where he is responsible for leading the company's event sector strategy, digital transformation, and client partnerships across the live event industry.

Prior to joining WiseNetwork, Laaksonen served as CEO of Porin Ravit Oy (2014–2022), where he managed one of Finland’s most prominent trotting tracks and played a key role in revitalizing regional event culture. Earlier in his career, he was Sales Manager for the Porin Kuninkuusravit 2014 project, contributing to the success of one of Finland’s largest and most prestigious harness racing events.

Laaksonen’s entrepreneurial mindset is also reflected in his most recent venture, Rauha Sauna, a modern nature-connected sauna concept currently under construction on Kirjurinluoto island in Pori. As one of the founding entrepreneurs, he combines deep local insight with event expertise to create immersive wellness experiences.

He currently serves as Director of Golf at WiseNetwork Oy and COO of WisePlatform Golf (2022–), where he is responsible for expanding the company’s golf vertical and building strategic partnerships.

Before joining WiseNetwork, Nieminen served as CEO of Hyvigolf Oy (2007–2022), overseeing all aspects of club operations and member services. He also held the role of Executive Director at FGMA (2011–2014), the Finnish association for golf club managers. His entrepreneurial roots date back to 2001, when he founded Tmi Golf Pro Mika Nieminen, and his career in the industry began already in the 90s with roles in coaching, administration, and course maintenance at Porin Golfkerho ry.

Nieminen holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Management, 2011) from the University of Vaasa, with additional studies in marketing, business law, and education. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of WisePlatform Gym (2024–), he leads the strategic development and European expansion of WisePlatform.

Before joining WiseNetwork, Cavallin worked as a Management Consultant at Lime Technologies (2023–2024), where he supported clients through CRM implementations, organizational change, and leadership training. Earlier, as Head of Sales at Sony's Advagym (2019–2023), he played a key role in shaping digital fitness solutions and led global distributor and direct sales strategies. His career began at Qicraft / Technogym (2016–2019), where he managed major B2B accounts and developed connected training solutions for gyms, hotels, and wellness institutions.

Cavallin holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Lund University (in Sweden) and has completed numerous leadership and sales training programs. He is also a Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and an active thought leader, with several published articles on behavior change, sales, and innovation in the fitness industry.
