Guide - WiseSales: Check-in customers and reduce their usable quantity of an access rights product

With WisePOS customer service employee can check-in a customer and at the same time the system will automatically reduce usable quantity of an access rights product. Check-in avec is also possible.

Guide to check-in a customer

1. In WisePOS default layout first "Select a person" by writing the name or email address. It is also possible to read customer's gym card with RFID reader.

Select a person button is on the left side.


2. When the customer has been selected "Access Rights" button will occur in the menu at the top. Choose "Access Rights".

3. Access Rights view will show the active access rights which the customer has purchased. This will list all the access rights products and their usable quantity.

Choose the correct product row and click "Check-in" for checking in the customer and reducing a quantity from customer's access rights.

Check-in button can be found from the right side.


4. If the customer has an avec, the customer's access rights can also be used for this avec. In that case click the "Check-in avec" button.
